Electronic document management at Computing Center

The EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) is a document management system used in IN2P3.

It allows to ensure all the classic functions of the GED (Gestion ?lectronique de Documents):
- Document warehouse
- Documents’ validation process
- Access rights management
- Release management
- Traceability
- Search for documents in the database


EDMS is being replaced by the new electronic management system of the Institute : ATRIUM. More collaborative and modern, ATRIUM offers new features and ease of use.

Gradually, the entire documentation EDMS will be migrated to ATRIUM and EDMS will be closed.
