As part of International Day of Women and Girls in Science, celebrated on 11 February 2026, the IN2P3 Computing Centre contributed to a series of video portraits dedicated to careers at the CNRS.
This series illustrates the richness and diversity of careers within the CNRS Nuclear & Particle Institute.
The CC-IN2P3 wanted to highlight the portrait of Sybille Voisin, a computer engineer in scientific computing. Her role is to liaise between the researchers conducting the experiments and the computing teams at the Computing Centre. She gives us an insight into her daily life in the world of research.
This initiative is part of a drive to promote the role of women in science. Highlighting the careers and skills of women scientists and engineers helps to inspire future generations and encourage greater diversity in technical and research professions.
Discover Sybille’s portrait and the rest of the series.
